Thorbjørn Harr. They speak norwegian, so i’ll be happy, when someone can help me with translation into english. I think (according to show’s date) Maria and Fredrik – nowadays couple – started their relationship after this talk show. I don’t wonder Fredrik

There use to be a talk show on TV. I thought it was Bernie Mac. But Its not him. Who else did a talk show that looked like him? Help!!
Well he doesn’t look exactly like Bernie Mac, but Sinbad had a talk show called Vibe. And there was Magic Johnson’s talk show & Keenan Ivory Wayans had a talk show.

The show comes on live with Regis and Kelly and after about 15 minutes they switch to films of their prior interviews, then at the end of the show they come back live again. Why isn’t the whole show live?
They were prerecorded before the break. By the way, why do they even need a break; how difficult can it be to work for one hour a day and do silly things. Boy, you call that work?
Maybe they should get a real job, like a 40hour a week one.
The same thing for the "View", they get a 5 week vacation in the summer; the show is one big vacation.

I already know the topics, have seen the show before and am ready to talk. I just want to look good on TV.
Say what YOU feel and dont try to get roped into the opinions of other panelists. That is rule number one. Many people are not able to do that.
Rule number two is that you shouldnt be afraid to use humor in a satirical way. It will make people remember you.

a guest on a tv talk show claims that "major depressive disorder is not a psychological problem; its a disease that can be medically treated." evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of this claim
PLEASE HELP I HAVE A TEST TOM…thanx
I am not entirely sure what this person is trying to say. Depression is a psychological problem and like other psychological problems can be medically treated… I don’t see any strengths to this claim, but weaknesses.
Anxiety is a psychological disorder and is medically treatable.
Schizophrenia… I guess I don’t understand why they would think a real psychological problem can’t be medically treated? Do you have a reference of the show so that we can see the context?

We are giving presentation on a US Supreme Court case, Giles v. California, in which the defendant allegedly killed a witness so he could not testify against him.
I’m looking for a movie, TV show, short funny clip, or ANYTHING to use as an introduction to talking about the Giles case.

the wire, season 4 episode 2 – soft eyes, it shows a witness in a drug case getting killed, it also shows the investigation by the homicide department and even the political ramifications when debated by two politicians
