It is my dream to be a Late Night talk show host like Jay Leno or Jimmy Fallon. How can i achieve this. What is needed to get this job?

    First of all, nobody on Yahoo! Answers is Jimmy Fallon or Jay Leno and so you are unlikely to find anybody with the sort of insight that you are requesting. That said, the chances of getting a talk show on NBC or CBS are still very improbable. You will need to work hard (and have the sort of natural talent that such a career requires), but even hard work will not guarantee you the kind of success that Fallon or Leno have. A great amount of luck is necessary to reach the position of a network talk-show host. If you have the necessary talent and ambition, I suggest that you move to New York or Los Angeles when you are old enough and perform in local comedy clubs regularly.
